Funding options in culture focus on the Slovácké theater

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnosti financování divadel. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy jako divadlo, příspěvková organizace a specifikuje možné zdroje financování divadel v České republice, obsahuje také teoretický popis SWOT analýzy a Porterův model pěti sil. Druhá část bakalářské práce je praktická, která analyzuje konkurenční sílu a postavení divadla v divadelním průmyslu. Vyhodnocením každého z pěti prvků Porterovy analýzy jsou pak určeny příležitosti a hrozby Slováckého divadla.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of financing theatres. The theoretical part describes basic concepts such as theatre, semi-budgetary organization, specific options to finance theatres in the Czech Republic and also contains theoretical description of SWOT analysis and Portre 's five forces model. The second part of bachelor thesis is practical part, which analyses the competitive strength and position in theater industry. By evaluating each of five elements of Porter's model can determine opportunities and threats of the Slovácké theater.
