The issue of staff training in companies
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání dospělých a to především zaměstnanců České pošty, s. p.. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na specifika vzdělávání a objasnění pojmů s nimi spojených, metody vzdělávání, motivaci zaměstnanců. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with adult education, mainly employees of the Czech Post. In the theoretical part I focused on the specifics of education and clarification of terms associated with them, methods of training, motivation of employees. In the practical part, I propose a new approach when introducing a new product in the Czech Post, specifically targeting for counter staff and messengers.
