Téma mé diplomové práce zní „ Ochrana kulturně cenných nálezů při stavební činnosti“. Nejdříve se zabývám mezinárodní a vnitrostátní právní úpravou a obecně kulturními památkami. Následující část práce je věnována obnově kulturních památek, poté se zabývám stavbou nové nemovitosti. Dále se zabývám situací nečekaných nálezů kulturně cenných předmětů a jejich ochranou. The theme of my thesis is „Cultural Monuments Protection during Construction Activities“. First of all I present international legislation, the national legislation and the cultural monument.
