Offences against civil coexistence in the activities of the Police of the Czech Republic|

Anotácia:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je problematika řešení přestupků proti občanskému soužití, ze strany Policie České republiky. V teoretické části bude popsán zejména zákon o odpovědnosti za přestupky a řízení o nich a navazující zákon o některých přestupcích. Dále bude popsána činnost Policie České republiky a oblast působení obvodního oddělení policie v Opavě. Součástí této práce budou kazuistiky typických přestupků proti občanskému soužití, šetřených policisty obvodního oddělení v Opavě a statistiky těchto přestupků, od nabytí účinnosti nového přestupkového zákona v roce 2017, do konce roku 2022. Získaná data o přestupcích proti občanskému soužití, dle druhu a způsobu ukončení šetřených přestupků, budou, po jejich vyhodnocení, použita při školení policistů na obvodním oddělení policie České republiky v Opavě.

Abstract:

The subject of this master thesis is the issue of solving offences against civil coexistence by the Police of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis will describe in particular the Act on Liability for Misdemeanours and Proceedings on Misdemeanours and the related Act on Certain Misdemeanours, the activities of the Police of the Czech Republic and the area of operation of the District Police Department in Opava. This thesis will include case studies of typical offences against civil cohabitation investigated by the police officers of the District Police Department in Opava and statistics of these offences, from the entry into force of the new offence law in 2017 until the end of 2022. The obtained data on offences against civil cohabitation, according to the type and method of termination of the investigated offences, will be used after their evaluation in the training of police officers at the District Police Department of the Czech Republic in Opava.
