Nonprofit organizations in the Czech security system

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vymezení bezpečnostního systému České republiky a v rámci něho zhodnocení poslání a možností nevládních neziskových organizací k řešení krizových situací na území ČR. Na příkladu Jihomoravského kraje jsou v práci demonstrovány možnosti a rozsah zapojení nevládních neziskových organizací v rámci systému krizového řízení. Práce se skládá ze čtyř hlavních částí. V první části je teoretické zhodnocení současného stavu. Druhá část je zaměřená na metody zpracování práce. Třetí kapitola se zabývá přednesem výsledků vzniklých z analýzy dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů provedených s kompetentními osobami v dané problematice. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na návrhy a doporučení autora práce.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the definition of the security system of the Czech Republic and within that the evaluation of the mission and possibilities of non-governmental non-profit organizations to solve crisis situations in the Czech Republic. The example of the South Moravian Region demonstrates the possibilities and extent of involvement of non-governmental non-profit organizations inside the crisis management system. The thesis consists of four main parts. In the first one is the evaluation of the current state. In the second one the methods of work processing. The third chapter representations the results of the analysis and reflects the questionare surfy of semi-structured interviews conducted with competent persons in the field. The last chapter focuses on the suggestions and recommendations of the author.
