Práce se zabývá pracovním právem a jeho postavením v České republice a ve Spolkové republice Německo. Nejprve je rozebrána problematika pracovního práva na úrovni Evropské unie. Diese Arbeit beschäftigt mit dem Arbeitsrecht und ihrer Stellung in Tschechische Republik und in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Erst wird die Problematik des Arbeitsrechts in Europäische Union beschrieben. Es wird historische Entwicklung des Arbeitsrechts, respektive Sozialrechts beschrieben.
