Analysis of Unfair Trade Practices on E-shops in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza nekalých obchodních praktik na e-shopech v ČR. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na hospodářskou soutěž, vymezuje spotřebitele a jeho chování, práva a povinnosti. Mimo obeznámení pojmů e-business, e-commerce a internetový obchod, či stručné seznámení s uzavíráním smlouvy, a tedy i nákupem po internetu jako takovým, je hlavním cílem této práce seznámit čtenáře s klamavými a agresivními obchodními praktikami, jako je například klamavá recenze, klamání o možnostech odstoupení od smlouvy, či vytváření dojmu, že spotřebitel vyhraje, nebo vyhrál. Závěrem teoretické části je vyhotovena analýza Black Friday na vybraných e-shopech za uplynulý rok 2020. Praktická část se pomocí dotazníkového šetření zajímá o zkušenosti spotřebitelů v rámci nákupu na e-shopech a informovanosti o nekalých obchodních praktikách v rámci těchto online nákupů. Cílem této bakalářské práce je následné vytvoření stručného návodu, který by měl spotřebitelům pomoci při ověřování si rizikových webů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with a topic of analysis of unfair trade practices on e-shops in the Czech Republic. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on competition, defines the consumer and his behavior, rights and obligations. In addition to familiarity with the concepts of e-business, e-commerce and e-commerce, or a brief introduction to the conclusion of the contract, and thus shopping over the Internet as such, the main purpose of this work is to acquaint readers with deceptive and aggressive business practices, such as deceptive reviews, deceiving about the possibility of withdrawing from the contract, or creating the impression that the consumer wins or has won. At the end of the theoretical part, an analysis of Black Friday on selected e-shops for the past year 2020 is made. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the subsequent creation of a brief guide that should help consumers in verifying risky websites.
