Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje stanovení rutinu v potravinových produktech z pohanky. Vysokoúčinná kapalinová chromatografie (HPLC) je analytická separační metoda, která je vhodná při stanovení polyfenolických látek, jejichž je rutin zástupcem, obsažených v přírodních materiálech. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the determination of rutin in buckwheat food products. Rutin belongs to the numerous family of biologically important phenolic compounds, which can be analyzed by means of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
