Tato diplomová práce představuje problematiku reklamních zařízení z pohledu práva. Zabývá se především zřizováním reklamních zařízení v různé vzdálenosti od pozemních komunikací – a to s ohledem na kategorii dané komunikace, ochranné pásmo a lokalitu.
