The selection of employees in selectedorganiyations of the bankingsector in Slovakia

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis, based on the theoretical approaches to human resources management and analysis of recruitment in selected banking institution is to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the system and to make recommendations that could lead to greater efficiency in the current state organizations. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical definition of human resource management. Using the methods of examination and treatment of written sources defines the nature, role and function of human resources management. It Outlines the steps and methods for search, acquisition, selection and recruitment of new employees. The main part of the work, coresponding with the aim in the second chapter, which is based on the method of analysis and analysis of primary and secondary sources identified the system of choice in the chosen bank. The final chapter information from the formulated into proposals and recommendations on how to improve the recruitment of the analyzed bank.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce je na základe teoretických prístupov k riadeniu ľudských zdrojov a analýzy systému výberu zamestnancov vo vybranej inštitúcii bankového sektora odhaliť silné a slabé stránky tohto systému a navrhnúť odporúčania, ktoré by mohli viesť k zvýšeniu efektívnosti súčasného stavu v organizácií. Diplomová práca je spracovaná do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola sa venuje teoretickému vymedzeniu riadenia ľudských zdrojov. Pomocou metódy skúmania a spracovania písomných prameňov definuje podstatu, úlohy a funkcie riadenia ľudských zdrojov. Obsahuje jednotlivé kroky a metódy vyhľadávania, získavania, výberu a prijímania nových zamestnancov. Hlavná čas práce korešpondujúca s cieľom spočíva v druhej kapitole v ktorej je na základe metódy analýzy a metódy analýzy primárnych a sekundárnych prameňov identifikovaný systém výberu zamestnancov vo vybranej banke. V záverečnej kapitole sú zistené informácie sformulované do návrhov a odporúčaní, ktoré majú viesť k zlepšeniu systému výberu zamestnancov v analyzovanej banke.
