Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popis problematiky alternativních trestů se zaměřením na trest obecně prospěšných prací a jejich vlivu na ekonomiku obcí jako poskytovatelů těchto prací. The goal of the submitted thesis is to describe problems of alternative punishments with a view of the common beneficial work penalty and its influence on the municipal economy because execution of this punishment is provided by municipalities.
