Tato práce se zabývá majetkovým hospodařením vybraných obcí. V prvních třech kapitolách jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se obce, jejího majetku a hospodaření, které jsou definovány ve vybrané literatuře a zákonech. This thesis deals with the property management of selected municipalities. In the first three chapters, the basic concepts related to the municipality, its property and management, as defined in the selected literature and laws, are explained.
