Legal forms of representation a businessman

Abstract:

Our thesis entitled, and quot of Legal representation trader ;mainly affects the business, whether legal or natural persons as subjects of commercial law. Our work is mainly based on the fundamental definitions of the entrepreneur in its various forms and its representation. We are thinking of legal representation, the representation of the power of attorney and public prosecutors, which are therefore the key concepts with which the individual chapters and subchapters we will meet. Also explains the importance, advantages and also disadvantages of each type of representation of the business. Examples of practices which are commonly encountered in our fourth chapter, which they say as the representation of place and on what principles they are based.

Abstract:

Naša bakalárska práca s názvom ,,Právne zastúpenie podnikateľa“ sa dotýka najmä podnikateľov, či uţ právnických alebo fyzických osôb ako subjektov obchodného práva. Naša práca sa zakladá predovšetkým na základných definíciách podnikateľa vo svojich rôznych podobách a jeho zastúpenia. Máme na mysli zákonné zastúpenie, zastúpenie na základe plnomocenstva a prokúry, čo sú teda aj kľúčové pojmy , s ktorými sa v jednotlivých kapitolách a podkapitolách budeme stretávať. Takisto objasníme význam, výhody a takisto aj nevýhody jednotlivých druhov zastúpenia podnikateľa. Príklady z praxe, s ktorými sa beţne stretávame nám v štvrtej kapitole čo to povedia ako tieto zastúpenia prebiehajú a na akých princípoch sa zakladajú.
