Práce je věnována Prevenci pojistných podvodů. V teoretické části je obecně popsán, co je to pojistný podvod, základní druhy pojistných podvodů, typické formy a způsoby páchání pojistných podvodů. My thesis deals with prevention of insurance frauds. The theoretical part describes what is it an insurance fraud in general, basic types of insurance frauds, typical forms and methods of committing insurance frauds.
