Bakalárska práca na tému právna úprava tzv. bankových zmlúv v teoretickej časti poukazuje na bankový systém a obchodné banky ich aktívne, pasívne a indiferentné operácie. Hlavným cieľom je analýza konkrétnych jednotlivých bankových zmlúv podľa platnej legislatívy, z pohľadu vzniku a zániku bankových zmlúv, práv a povinnosti zmluvných strán.
