Streamlining the process of approaching potential candidates in the IT field

Abstract:

Vyhledávání, oslovování a získávání IT specialistů zakončené úspěšným uzavřením spolupráce není jednouchý a rychlý proces. V této práci čtenář nahlédne do světa recruitingu a náboru v oblasti IT. Zároveň si zde přečte i o psychologických aspektech lidské osobnosti, jejichž znalost sama o sobě zlepšuje a zefektivňuje práci nejen sourcerů, ale kohokoli, kdo pracuje s lidmi. V praktické části se dozví více o tom, jak v praxi vypadá náplň práce sourcera a jakým způsobem a v jaké míře může nasazení nového nástroje pro automatizace procesu oslovování a vyhledávání nových kandidátů ovlivnit, zjednodušit a zefektivnit práci sourcerů v konkrétní společnosti.

Abstract:

Recruiting, approaching, and acquiring IT specialists resulting in successful collaborations is not a simple and quick process. In this paper, the reader will gain insight into the world of IT recruiting and acquisition. Additionally, they will read about the psychological aspects of human personality, the knowledge of which improves and streamlines the work not only of sourcers, but of anyone who works with people. In the practical part, they will learn more about what the work of a sourcer entails in practice, and how the deployment of a new tool for automating the process of approaching and searching for new candidates can influence, simplify, and streamline the work of sourcers in a specific company.
