Bakalářská práce poukazuje na problematické situace pacientů, kteří vstupují do komunikace se zdravotníky ve zdravotnickém prostředí. První, teoretická část se zabývá pravidly komunikace mezi přicházejícím nemocným a zdravotnickým pracovníkem. The bachelor thesis point out the problematic situations of patients who enter into communication with health professionals in the medical environment. The first, theoretical part deals with the rules of communication between an incoming patient and a health worker.
