Diplomová práce se zabývá právním vývojem trestného činu vraždy na našem území. Vzhledem k podstatě tématu je rozdělena chronologicky, kdy počátkem je období středověkého státu a závěrem konec 20. století. The diploma thesis is focused on the legal development of the crime of murder on the Czech territory. Due to its topic, the thesis is divided chronologically, with its beginning in the period of medieval state and its ending in the late 20th century.
