Hlavným cieľom práce „Stratégia rozvoja firmy“ je analýza vonkajšieho a vnútorného prostredia vybraného podniku a následne návrh stratégie pre tento podnik. Práca má teoretickú časť, v ktorej sú vysvetlené jednotlivé pojmy a postupy, ktoré sú nevyhnutné na zistenie aktuálnej situácie podniku a ktoré sú využívané pri určovaní stratégie.
