Reception of the intercultural music projects "Consonare" and "Lipa Musica"

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the intercultural music projects Consonare and Lípa Musica. Consonare is a Czech and German brass club. It was founded with the help of a private German individual in response to the burning of the church in Rumburk. The second project, Lípa Musica, is a music festival from Česká Lípa, which cooperates with the involvement of musicians from nearby Saxony. The work will be divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part elaborates on the terminology and methodology of the bachelor thesis, reflects on the specifics of the region of North Bohemia and Saxony, which includes the history of both projects and their development. The practical part analyses both projects on the basis of texts in the contemporary regional press and makes a comparison with the memories and opinions of people familiar with both projects. This last information was gathered through interviews with the leaders of both projects and through Czech and German questionnaires that surveyed experiences with these projects. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out how both projects have changed and developed over time, and how people now perceive them. The contribution of the bachelor thesis is the reception of the two Czech and German projects, an analysis of the press and their current perception through interviews and the questionnaire.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hudebními projekty "Consonare" a "Lípa Musica". Consonare je česko-německý spolek trubačů, který byl založen s německou pomocí v reakci na vyhoření kostela v Rumburku. Druhý projekt, Lípa Musica, je hudební festival z České Lípy, který spolupracuje s nedalekým Saskem. Práce bude rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část zpracovává terminologii a metodologii bakalářské práce, reflektuje specifika regionu Severních Čech a Saska, historii obou projektů a jejich rozvoj. V praktické části jsou pak oba projekty analyzovány na základě textů v dobovém regionálním tisku a porovnány (doplněny) o vzpomínky a názory lidí, kteří znají oba tyto projekty. Informace budou zjišťovány formou rozhovorů s vedoucími obou projektů a česko-německého dotazníkového šetření ohledně zkušeností s těmito projekty. Cílem této bakalařské práce je zjistit, jak se oba projekty v průběhu času měnily a rozvíjely, a jak je lidé vnímají. Přínosem bakalářské práce je recepce dvou česko-německých projektů, jejich analýza v tisku a jejich aktuální reflexe pomocí rozhovorů a dotazníku.
