Approach of employment services workers to vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá přístupem pracovníků úřadů práce k pracovní rehabilitaci osob se zdravotním postižením. Teoretická část práce je věnována popisu cílové skupiny osob se zdravotním postižením, úřadu práce, pracovní rehabilitaci, přístupu pracovníků úřadů práce a pojmu percepce. Cílem empirické části je zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jaký je přístup pracovníků úřadů práce v Moravskoslezském kraji k pracovní rehabilitaci osob se zdravotním postižením? Autorka využila kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii. Sběr dat proběhl za pomoci rozhovorů s pracovníky úřadů práce, s osobami se zdravotním postižením a s pracovníky nestátních neziskových organizací. Autorka se v empirické části zaměřuje na to, jak je percipován přístup pracovníků úřadů práce ke klientům, způsob jednání pracovníků úřadů práce s klienty, zda jsou poskytované služby v souladu s potřebami klientů, zda je pohled pracovníků shodný nebo se liší od pohledu jejich klientů a jak zástupci nestátních neziskových organizací vnímají způsob realizace pracovní rehabilitace z hlediska spolupráce s pracovníky úřadů práce. Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the approach of employment services workers to vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to description of the target group of people with disabilities, employment services, vocational rehabilitation, approach of employment services workers and perception. The aim of the empirical part is to answer the main research question: Which is the approach of employment services workers in Moravian-Silesian Region to vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities? The author used a qualitative research strategy. The data were obtained by discussions with employment services workers, with people with disabilities a with social workers in non-profit-making organizations. The author is focused on perception of approach of employment services workers to clients, the way of dealing with clients, whether the services provided are in step with needs of clients and if the view of workers and clients is the same or not and how social workers in non-profit-making organizations perceive the way how is vocational rehabilitation realize from the point of cooperation with employment services workers view. Basic text of the thesis contains 21 438 words.
