Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hospodářskou soutěž a její ochranu v České republice. Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat ochranu hospodářské soutěže v České republice, následně s využitím informací získaných z teorie analyzovat konkrétní příklady narušování hospodářské soutěže a na základě zjištěných poznatků formulovat doporučení pro soutěžitele.
