Abstract:
Předmětem práce je zanalyzovat zadané téma teoreticky, k čemuž slouží 1. část práce. Druhá, praktická, část je zaměřena na společnost Axial Personnel Agency. V této části je rozebrán přístup a metody hodnocení využívané ve společnost Axial Personnel Agency. V závěru praktické části je navrhnuto doporučení pro rozvoj tohoto personálního nástroje, který plyne ze získaných informací a poznatků.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the given topic in theory, for which the first part of the thesis is used. The second, practical, part is focused on Axial Personnel Agency. This section discusses the approach and evaluation methods used by Axial Personnel Agency.
