Cílem této práce bude uvést čtenáře věcně a srozumitelně do problematiky zbrojních licencí, jejich kategorií a jejich vztah k právnickým a fyzickým osobám, stejně tak k občanskému zákoníku a zákonu o obchodních korporacích.
