Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit úroveň stability vybrané skupiny zaměstnanců, identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují stabilitu vysoce kvalifikovaných zaměstnanců vybrané společnosti a také zjistit, zda a jak jsou tito zaměstnanci spokojeni s uplatňováním vybraných faktorů ze strany společnosti.
