Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá manažerským přístupem procesního řízení, shrnuje obecnou teorii k tomuto tématu a konkrétně se věnuje teorií zavedení (implementace) procesního řízení v malých a středně velkých podnicích. The diploma thesis is focused on managerial approach – business process management. It describes general theory of business process management and focuses on adoption of this approach.
