Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci vysvětlím nejdůležitější pojmy a subjekty insolvenčního řízení. Dále popíšu postup a způsoby řešení insolvenčního návrhu, rozeberu formy úpadku a v praktické části zhodnotím insolvenční řízení konkrétní firmy, oddlužení u fyzické osoby a popíšu šikanózní insolvenční řízení u vybraného sportovního klubu. Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I will explain the most important concepts and subjects of insolvency proceedings. Then I´ll describe procedure and method of solving of insolvency petition, forms of bankrupcy and in practical part apprise insolvency proceeding of a specific company, describe unjustified insolvency proceedings of sport club.
