The Development of Local Culture in the Microregion of Strážnicko and the Role of Non-profit Organisations and Local Action Groups

Abstract:

Diplomová práce ve své teoretické části nejdříve pojednává o kultuře a jejím významu v rozvoji mikroregionů, identifikuje její aktéry a dostupné nástroje jejího rozvoje na úrovni ČR. Samostatná pozornost je zde věnována roli neziskových organizací a MAS, které lze, jak z práce vyplynulo, považovat za nejaktivnější subjekty v oblasti kultury. V praktické části je analyzován mikroregion Strážnicko. Výstupem práce je strategický plán rozvoje kultury v mikroregionu, který je rozdělen do 5 strategických cílů rozvedených do priorit a opatření. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny 3 návrhy projektů, jejichž realizace při přispěla k naplňování cílů strategie.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with culture and its importance in development of micro-regions in the theoretical part. Then are identified the actors of local culture and accessible tools for culture development at the level of Czech republic. Special attention is paid to the role of the non-profit organizations and a local action groups, which can be considered as the most active subjects in the field of culture. Micro-region called Straznicko is analyzed in the practical part of the thesis. The goal of the thesis is strategical plan for development of culture in this microregion. The strategical plan is divided into five strategic goals. Finally, the goals are divided into priorities and measures. There're given 3 projects in the final part of the thesis. The projects implementation can contribute to achieving the goals of the strategy in the future.
