Abstract:
14-3-3 proteiny patři k univerzálním regulačním proteinům napříč eukaryoty a u savců jsou nejvíce exprimované v nervové soustavě. Tyto proteiny jsou známé svou schopností vázat fosforylované partnery. Tau protein je faktorem regulujícím stabilitu a dynamiku mikrotubulů v neuronech. Abstract:
14-3-3 proteins are versatile regulatory proteins in all eukaryote organisms and in mammals they are highly expressed in nervous system. These proteins are known for their ability to bind phosphorylated partners. Tau protein is factor that regulates stability and dynamics of microtubules in neurones.
