Risk Analysis and Proposal of Safety Measures in Relation to Health and Safety in a Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik a návrh bezpečnostních opatření v podniku zabývajícího se slévárenskou výrobou. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy, požadavky a legislativa zabývající se BOZP problematikou. Dále jsou zde popsány vybrané metody analýzy rizik. V úvodu praktické části práce je představen podnik a charakterizace vybraných pracovních činností. Následně je zpracována identifikace a analýza rizik. Pro každé z rizik jsou dále navržena bezpečnostní opatření. Závěrečná část práce je věnována řízení rizik, kde jsou popsána školení, pracovnělékařské prohlídky nebo nutnost průběžné kontroly opatření a rizik na pracovišti. Cílem práce je poskytnout zaměstnavateli a odpovědným pracovníkům ucelený přehled o BOZP a zejména zpracovat identifikaci rizik spolu s návrhy bezpečnostních opatření pro pracovní činnosti podniku z pohledu externí osoby a přispět tak ke zlepšení BOZP ve firmě.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on risk analysis and design of safety measures in a company dealing with foundry production. In the theoretical part the basic concepts, requirements and legislation dealing with OSH issues are presented. Furthermore, selected methods of risk analysis are described. In the introduction of the practical part of the thesis, the enterprise and the characterization of selected work activities are presented. Subsequently, the identification and analysis of risks is elaborated. For each of the risks, safety measures are proposed. The final part of the thesis is devoted to risk management, where training, occupational health examinations or the need for continuous control of measures and risks in the workplace are described. The aim of the thesis is to provide the employer and responsible employees with a comprehensive overview of OSH and, in particular, to elaborate the identification of risks together with proposals for safety measures for the work activities of the company from the perspective of an external person and thus contribute to the improvement of OSH in the company.
