Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Na část teoretickou, kde popisuji Vězeňský systém ČR dále roli vychovatele, jak je vnímaná, jaké jsou jeho úkoly a pracovní náplň a v poslední kapitole teoretické části si popíšeme programy zacházení, co to je a jak se člení. Praktická část se soustředí na dotazníkové šetření a výsledky sběru dat. Cílem je zjistit, jak je vychovatelka vnímána odsouzenými.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part, where I describe the prison system of the Czech Republic, the role of the educator, how it is perceived, what are his tasks and job description and in the last chapter of the theoretical part we will describe the treatment programs, what it is and how it is divided. The practical part focuses on the questionnaire survey and the results of data collection. The aim is to find out how the governess is perceived by the convicts.
