Solution of employment of disabled in Prague

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce posuzuje problematiku týkající se zaměstnanosti zdravotně postižených především v Praze. Zabývá se překážkami jak na straně uchazečů o zaměstnání -handicapovaných, tak na straně zaměstnavatelů. Dle mého názoru jsou zdravotně postižení nejrizikovější skupinou v hledání pracovního uplatnění. V teoretické části je kladen důraz na charakteristiku skupin se zdravotním postižením, popisu jejich omezeních, možnosti v uplatnění v praxi. Dále podává průřez legislativou, která se týká zdravotně postižených i jejich zaměstnavatelů, speciálně se věnuje povinnostem a výhodám, které jsou určeny zaměstnavatelům této skupiny lidí. Její další část mapuje aktivity obecně prospěšných organizací nabízející podporované zaměstnání. V praktické části jsou vyhodnocovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno mezi zdravotně postiženými ve vybraných integračních centrech a podány výsledky analýzy Národní rady zdravotně postižených týkající se zaměstnavatelů a jejich názoru na zaměstnávání handicapovaných. V závěru navrhuji některá opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení situace zaměstnanosti zdravotně postižených v Praze.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis examines issues relating to the employment of disabled people mainly in Prague. It deals with the obstacles on the job seekers-disabilities and the employers. In my opinion, the gratest group of people with disabilities seeking work in the application. In the theoretical part the focus is on the characteristics of groups with disabilities, a description of their limitations and the possibility of practical application. Furthermore, filed a cross-section of the legislation, which applies to people with disabilities and their employers, it specifically deals with the obligations and benefits which are intended to employers of this group of people. The next section maps the activities of general interest organizations offering supported employment. The practical part evaluates the results of the questionnaire survey carried out among disabled integration in selected centres and submitted the results of the analysis the National Council of Disabled for the employers and their view on the employment of the handicapped. The conclusion suggests some measures which could contribute to improving the employment situation of disabled people in Prague.
