The requirements of insured of vehicle accident insurance

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci uvádím stav pojistného trhu v České republice i s historickým vývojem, který mu předcházel. Zaměřuji se na právní úpravu havarijního pojištění a normy, které jsou závazné pro poskytovatele havarijního pojištění. Ve své práci představuji veškeré havarijní pojistitele, dále kladu důraz na nároky pojištěných plynoucí z uzavřené pojistné smlouvy a vymezuji zde postup od vzniku pojistné události, až po výplatu pojistného plnění. V závěrečné kapitole provádím vlastní výpočty možného pojistného plnění u předem vybraných havarijního pojistitelů, kteří jsou dominantní na pojistném trhu v tomto segmentu pojištění.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis I state insurance market in the Czech Republic with the historical developments that preceded it. I focus on accident insurance legislation and standards that are mandatory for providers of accident insurance. In my work, I present all the vehicle insurer, then I emphasize the insured claims arising from the insurance contract and stipulate the procedure from here of the event until the payment of the indemnity. In the final section doing their own calculations of potential indemnification for pre-selected accident insurers, who are dominant in the insurance market in this segment of insurance.
