Important people in a small town : interviews with characters from the town of Tábor

Abstract:

Bakalářská diplomová práce se zaměřuje na žánr publicistického rozhovoru. Autorka mapuje jeho výskyt a specifika v Táborském deníku, jehož stručnou charakteristiku předkládá. Typologii rozhovorů, které se v daném deníku vyskytují, doprovází konkrétní ukázky v podobě obrazových příloh. V tvůrčí části bakalářské práce představuje autorka pět vlastních rozhovorů s táborskými osobnostmi, které splňují požadavky redakce Táborského deníku. Každý rozhovor je doplněn reflexí, kde autorka analyzuje své žurnalistické postupy. Všude žijí lidé a každé město má své hrdiny a odpadlíky. Stejně tak atmosféru každého místa dokreslují místní postavičky. Persony, na něž se nahlíží většinou přes prsty, s despektem nebo naopak s uznáním. Jedná se o lidi, kteří, přestože je všichni znají, jsou neustále opředeni tajemstvím. Tato práce je souborem rozhovorů právě s takovými lidmi, kteří se, přes všechno, co je rozděluje, sešli v jihočeském Táboře a žijí jeden druhému po boku. Před čím utíká táborský cestovatel na Galapágy a do Indonésie? Co chybělo Američanům za velkou louží, že se rozhodli žít tady? Jak se do Tábora dostal moldavský malíř?

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the genre of interview. The author brings a brief characteristic of interviews in Táborský deník and also of this diary. Interviews of Táborský deník are shown in hooked illustrations. In the creative part of the thesis the author presents five interviews with the characters form the town of Tábor written by herself. These interviews correspond to demands of the redaction of Táborský deník. Each interview has a reflection of the author’s work. People live everywhere and each town has its own heroes and losers. The atmosphere of each place is made by town´s special persons. Persons, who are looked down on, with contempt or on the other hand with respect. It concerns poeple, who are still under seal of secrecy, although everybody knows them. This writing is a set of interviews with those people, who have met each other in the South of Bohemia. They live together in a small town in spite of their differences. Why does the traveller from Tábor explore the Galápagos Islands and Indonesia? Why the Americans decided to live here? How can the Moldavan painter get in Tábor?
