Pedagogical communication in practical teaching at a selected secondary vocational school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pedagogickou komunikací v praktickém vyučování na vybrané střední odborné škole. Teoretická část na základě analýzy odborné literatury a následné závěrečné syntézy poznatků definuje základní pojmy komunikace a interakce, pedagogické komunikace a ostatní pojmy s ní spojené. Konkrétně se jedná o charakteristiku pedagogické komunikace, její účastníky, komunikační pravidla, komunikační dovednosti učitele a zpětnou vazbu poskytovanou žákům.Praktická část práce předkládá výsledky průzkumného šetření. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jakým způsobem probíhá komunikace mezi žáky a učiteli v praktickém vyučování na vybrané střední odborné škole. Zda žáci dostávají od svých učitelů prostor pro vlastní vyjádření a zda jim učitelé poskytují zpětnou vazbu. Průzkumné šetření je provedeno pomocí dotazníků. Respondenty tvoří žáci posledního ročníku vybrané střední odborné školy v kraji Vysočina. Data z dotazníků jsou vyhodnocena běžnými statistickými metodami. Na základě zjištěných výsledků je zformulováno doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with pedagogical communication in practical teaching at a selected secondary vocational school. The theoretical part, based on the analysis of the academic literature and the subsequent final synthesis of knowledge, defines the basic concepts of communication and interaction, pedagogical communication and other concepts associated with it. Specifically, it is the characteristics of pedagogical communication, its participants, communication rules, communication skills of the teacher and feedback provided to students. The practical part of the work presents the results of an explorat or survey. The aim of the practical part is to find out how the communication between pupils and teachers takes place in practical teaching at a selected secondary vocational school. Whether pupils receive room for self-expression from their teachers and whet her teachers provide them with feedback. The exploratory survey is carried out using questionnaires. The respondents are pupils of the last year of a selected secondary vocational school in the Vysočina region. Data from questionnaires are evaluated by common statistical methods. Based on the results a recommendation for pedagogical practice is formulated.
