Women in the labor market - problems of employment, remuneration and professional development of women
Abstract:
Předmětem mé bakalářské práce bylo charakterizovat postavení žen na trhu práce. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na problémy týkající se genderové rovnosti a genderových stereotypů. Dále jsem se věnovala diskriminaci a problémům týkající se zaměstnávání žen, jako je genderová segregace, mzdové rozdíly, anebo skloubení pracovního a rodinného života.
Abstract:
The subject of my bachelor's thesis was to characterize the position of women on the labor market.The work focuses mainly on issues related to gender equality and gender stereotypes. I also focused on discrimination and problems related to the employment and work of women, such as gender segregation, wage differences, or combining work and family life.
