Proposal of the strategy of the selected Non-profit organisation Pop Academy, z.s.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě analýzy navrhnout strategii pro vybranou nestátní neziskovou organizaci Pop Academy. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole jsou uvedeny teoretické základy strategického řízení a přípravy strategie. Druhá kapitola se věnuje detailnímu představení Pop Academy, její organizační struktuře, historii a hlavním aktivitám. Třetí kapitola popisuje provedení situační analýzy a výzkumu, který je realizován formou rozhovorů, aby byly zjištěny informace přímo od zaměstnanců a studentů organizace. Závěrečná část shrnuje všechny analýzy a na jejich základě je sestavena SWOT analýza, která slouží jako podklad pro návrh strategie pro další rozvoj organizace. Na základě těchto analýz je ve čtvrté kapitole formulován vyhodnocen návrh strategie, který zahrnuje stanovení cílů, marketingových a finančních plánů, harmonogram implementace, hodnocení potenciálních rizik spojených s realizací.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose a strategy for a selected non-profit organization Pop Academy. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter presents the theoretical foundations of strategic management and strategy development. The second chapter is devoted to a detailed introduction of Pop Academy, its organizational structure, history and main activities. The third chapter describes the conduct of the situational analysis and the research, which is conducted through interviews to secure information directly from the employees and students of the organisation. The final section summarizes all the analyses and based on these analyses, a SWOT analysis is compiled which serves as a basis for designing a strategy for the further development of the organization. Based on these analyses, an evaluated strategy proposal is formulated in chapter four, which includes the establishment of objectives, marketing and financial plans, implementation timeline, and an assessment of potential risks associated with implementation.
