Hlavným predmetom mojej bakalárskej práce je analyzovanie a porovnávanie vybraných foriem financovania bývania v podmienkach SR. Jednou z možností, ktoré sú momentálne na finančnom trhu najviac využívané je financovanie bývania pomocou hypotekárneho úveru.
