Záměrem bakalářské práce na téma „ Svoboda pohybu a pobytu cizinců na území ČR“ bylo shromáždit a v ucelené formě předložit informace týkající se právního postavení cizinců v České republice, poukázat na nedostatky právní úpravy a navrhnout nová řešení těchto ne-dostatků.
