Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na postavení prezidenta republiky. Úvodem je ohlédnutí do historie, kde se popisuje vývoj prezidentského úřadu na našem území, ale i na území bývalých států SSSR. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na podmínky volitelnosti, na postavení prezidentů v různých typech republik, charakteristiku přímé a nepřímé volby, dále popisuje vztah a působnost k jednotlivým mocím ve státě. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována současnému prezidentovi České republiky. Práce je doplněná tazatelským průzkumem.

Abstract:

thesis deals with the position of the president. By way of introduction there is a look back into history which describes the evolution of the presidency in our country, but also on the territory of the former Soviet Union. The main part focuses on the conditions of eligibility, the position of presidents in different types of republics, charasteristics of direct and indirect elections and describes the relationship and responsibilities of the individual power in the state. The final chapter is concerned with the current president of the Czech Republic. The thesis is accompanied by a survey
