Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma krizového plánu a rozpočtu města. V teoretické části se zabývá legislativním vymezením řešené problematiky, jsou zde též definovány základní hrozby a rizika a následný postup při krizovém řízení obce. This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of the crisis plan and the municipality budget. The theoretical part deals with the legislative definition of the problematics, defines the basic threats and risks and the subsequent procedure in crisis management of the municipality.
