Uživatelské rozhraní pro aplikaci na počítání buněk

User interface for a cell-counting application
Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo navrhnou a implementovat grafické uživatelké rozhraní pro aplikaci, která slouží k automatické detekci buněk na snímcích Bürkerovy komůrky. Práce se zaměřuje na vliv různých aspektů uživatelského rozhraní na jeho použitelnost. Uživatelské rozhraní bylo implementováno s využitím knihovny wxWidgets.
Abstract:
The goal of the thesis was to design and implement graphical user interface for application that is used for automated detection of cells on the photographs of Bürker counting chamber. The thesis focuses on influence of various aspects of user interface on its usability. The library wxWidgets has been used to implement the user interface.
