The External Communication Context of an International Company in the Czech Republic and in Germany - the Weleda Company

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the problems external communication of the company Weleda in the Czech Republic and in Germany. In the theoretical part I explain concepts of the verbal and nonverbal communication and after that more I focus on the external communication. In the practical part I do a research of four chosen communication tools that are Facebook, websites, annual report and emails from the both companies. I carry out an analysis of the communication mediums in the Czech company and in the German company. From the analysis I find out, how works the company Weleda within the external communication in the Czech Republic and in Germany and how they are same or the different.

Abstract:

Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Problematik der externen Kommunikation der Firma We-leda in Deutschland und Tschechien. In dem theoretischen Teil sind die Begriffe verbale und nonverbale Kommunikation erklärt und dann ist dieser Teil mehr an dem Thema der externen Kommunikation orientiert. Im praktischen Teil sind vier Kommunikationsmittel gewählt und im Rahmen der externen Kommunikation weiter analysiert. Es geht um Facebook, Webseiten, E-Mails und Jahresbe-richt. Diese Kommunikationsmittel sind werden beiden Firmen verglichen. Die Analyse ist durchgeführt. Aus der Analyse erfahre ich, wie die Firma Weleda im Rahmen der externen Kommunikation in Tschechien und in Deutschland funktioniert, worin die Kommunikation gleich oder umgekehrt unterschiedlich ist.
