Předkládaná diplomová práce obsahuje analýzu a vyhodnocení motivačního systému ve vybraném podniku, a dále navrhuje možné inovace v této oblasti, které by mohli na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření vést ke zvýšení motivaci a spokojenosti zaměstnanců tohoto podniku.
