Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací bezpečnostních opatření robotického ramene během výkonu pohybů vybrané platformy. Centrálním dohledovým prvkem je RGBD (hloubková) kamera sledující pracovní prostředí robotické platformy. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část objasní čtenáři základy Průmyslu 4.0, českou i světovou situaci související s přechodem k principům Průmyslu 4.0, a kolaborativní robotiky. Celý řetězec pro implementaci úkonů robotického ramene a detekce kolizí je popsán v praktické části.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with design and implementation of safety measures of robotic arm during execution of movement of selected robotic platform. Central monitoring element is an RGBD (depth) camera capturing working environment of the robotic platform. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains to the reader basics of Industry 4.0, czech and worldwide situation related to the transition to principles of Industry 4.0, and collaborative robotics. The whole chain for implementation of robotic arm tasks and collision detection is described in the practical part.
