Vnímání obtíží v oblasti hlezenního kloubu u fotbalových hráčů během tréninku na přírodní a umělé trávě

Perception of difficulties of ankle joint and foot (injuries) in football players during training on natural and artificial grass

Abstract:

Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo zjistit, jestli existuje rozdíl ve vnímání obtíží hlezenního kloubu mezi tréninkem na přírodní a umělé fotbalové trávě, v populaci fotbalistů. K naplnění cíle byl použit dotazník pro chodidlo a kotník FAOS (Foot and Ankle Outcome Score). Následné vyhodnocení proběhlo v programu Microsoft Excel. Testovaný soubor tvořilo 30 mužů (průměrný věk = 16,27 let, 15 až 18 let). Dále respondenti byli rozdělení na dvě skupiny mladší dorost, kde testovaný soubor tvořil 16 mužů (průměrný věk = 15,25 let, věk 15 a 16 let, průměrná výška = 176,13 cm, průměrná hmotnost = 64,94 kg, průměrné BMI = 20,93. A starší dorost, kde testovaný soubor tvořilo 14 mužů (průměrný věk = 17,43, věk 17 a 18 let, průměrná výška = 181,07 cm, průměrná hmotnost = 74,57 kg, průměrné BMI = 22,67. Výsledek vyjádřeny metodou ANOVA pro celou zkoumanou populaci neukázal rozdíl u vnímání obtíží hlezenního kloubu mezi oběma typy povrchu. Nicméně u porovnání obou věkových kategorií dorostu výsledek ukázal pomoci Effect size významný rozdíl vnímání obtíží na umělé trávě u dotazníku č. 2, kde ES= 0,83 a dotazníku č. 3, kde ES=1,1. Byl použit i nezávislý T-test potvrzující rozdíl na umělé trávě mezi oběma kategoriemi.

Abstract:

The aim of this research was to determine if there is a difference in the perception of ankle joint difficulties between training on natural and artificial football grass, in the population of footballers. FAOS questionnaire (Foot and Ankle Outcome Score) was used to achieve the goal. Subsequent evaluation was carried out in Microsoft Excel. The test group consisted of 30 men (mean age = 16.27 years, 15 to 18 years). The respondents were divided into two groups of younger adolescents, where the tested group consisted of 16 men (average age = 15.25 years, age 15 and 16 years, average height = 176.13 cm, average weight = 64.94 kg, average BMI = And older adolescents, where the test group consisted of 14 men (average age = 17.43, age 17 and 18 years, average height = 181.07 cm, average weight = 74.57 kg, average BMI = 22.67. The ANOVA result did not show any difference in the perception of ankle joint problems between the two types of surface. However, in comparing the two age categories, the result showed a significant difference in perception of difficulties on artificial grass in questionnaire 2, where ES = 0.83 and questionnaire 3, where ES = 1.1. An independent T-test was also used to confirm the difference in artificial grass between the two categories.
