Cílem práce je popsat aplikaci správního uvážení v rozhodovací praxi školských zařízení. Byla použita dostupná literatura, příslušné právní předpisy a judikatura, stejně jako poznatky z praxe ředitele dětského domova. Hlavním přínosem je analýza použití správního uvážení v praxi. The object of the work i a description of application of discretionary power in the decisive practise of schools and school establishments.
