Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu ve společnosti VEEM TRADING, s.r.o., a to jakým způsobem pořizovala dlouhodobý majetek. V teoretické části je popsán dlouhodobý majetek z účetního a daňového hlediska a dále různé formy pořízení dlouhodobého majetku, zejména pak forma pořízení dlouhodobého majetku na úvěr a leasing. This thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation in the company VEEM TRADING Ltd., particularly the way the company has been purchasing fixed assets. The theoretical part analyses fixed assets in terms of accounting and taxes and the forms of purchase, namely purchasing fixed assets through loans and leasing.
