Abstract:
Historický vývoj plynové chromatografie. Plynová chromatografie a její dva druhy - rozdělovací plynová chromatografie a adsorpční plynová chromatografie. Vyvinutí a optimalizace dvou metod - Stanovení methylalkoholu a dalších komponent v konzumním destilátu a Určení složení rozpouštědel. Vytvoření návodů k jednotlivým metodám. Stanovení látek metodou kalibrační křivky a metodou přídavku standardu.
