Hlavnou témou diplomovej práce je hodnotenie efektívnosti systému vzdelávania v podniku. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. V prvej kapitole sa zameriava na teoretické základy, kde sa venuje vzdelávaniu ako súčasti riadenia ľudských zdrojov. Druhá kapitola je venovaná charakteristike podniku a systému vzdelávania v ňom.
